Mbox Pro not available in the Pro Tools i/o choices

Hi All,
I have a new Mbox Pro and Pro Tool 10 LE system. I can not get the Mbox to show up in the I/O choices. In short I can't record to pro tools through the Mbox.

The mbox is in my Playback Engine set up.
The Mbox is the I/O set up section.
The Mbox is the input and output in Sound of my Preferences.

I really hope someone can help me sync up my Mbox Pro as I have a full day to record tomorrow and I am anxious to try this new system out. . . Help.

Try this: In I/O setup select all ins and outs (Command+A), delete them by pressing Delete, then default all by pressing Default. This basically matches your ins and outs to your current interface.

Thanks for your reply. Command +A is a nice trick reverted everthing to default. But no luck on mbox in the i/o or anything that will allow the mbox to send a signal to pro tools.

I may be destined for a quick call into Avid Phone support on monday.

IF drivers are installed press N on the keyboard hold it down as you open protools until pop up can you select your mbox ?

PTX should automatically recognize your mbox but you may need to do it manually in audio midi set up window ?
