System ID not working for phone support
ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE! I spent $300 for an upgrade in Pro tools for ONE YEAR. I have support clearly shown on my products page at avid unto 8/5/2021 but when I called in for support using my system ID # the phone machine tells me that i have no support and I can't get thought to talk with anyone about it and their casework system is so complicated I need to be an engineer to figure out how to deal with a simple problem such as to get the glitch between the phone system and their website. HELP!!!!
