Crossgrading from LE to Pro Tools 10

Hi all,

Currently I´m working on Pro tools LE 7.4 with an Mbox 2 mini in Windows Xp.

Due to the need of more than 32 tracks I´m thinking of upgrade to Pro tools 10. So I want to know if the crossgrade offer from LE to 10 is available even from the 7.4 version of Pro tools.

Also, I´d like to know how the process of upgrading is, since Pro tools 10 is not supported in Win Xp (so i should install Win 7) but the combo Pro tools 7.4/Mbox 2 mini is not supported in Win 7 neither.

The crossgrade from LE is based on your hardware serial number (the Mbox Mini), so it doesn't matter what software version you have.

Also, you don't need to have the old software installed at all, because Protools 11/10 is a full installer. Just make sure your computer and OS is compatible with 11/10, and install it.

So then, how must I proceed? May I register my Mbox 2 mini in Avid page and buy the crossgrade? That´s all?

How can i verify if my system supports Pro tools 10/11?

Win 7 home premium 64 bits
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU P8400 @ 2.26GHz
4GB DDR3 SO-DIMM
NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS 256MB DDR2 798MHz 64 bit
