expansion chassis

I'm thinking about buying an expansion chassis for my 9500.......but was wondering if I buy one that is compatible, will it also be compatible with a G3/4? If I choose to upgrade computers.

BIT 3 7&13 slot and Magma 7&13 slot chassis's are supported with all speeds of the G3's and 9500's(9500/150MHz for more than 32 tracks) but this figure also depends on your Digidesign hardware. The compatibility information I'm quoting can be found by double clicking on the compatibility documents link at the bottom of this page. The new G4's are not supported yet with any Digidesign product but I would expect compliance with the release of Pro Tools v5.0 or soon after. We're currently running a G4/400 (not the G4 450 or 500 with the new motherboards) here in Tech Support with a Bit 3 13 slot chassis and it seems to be working fine.

Can anybody advise a fair market price for a used PCI 13 slot or 7 slot expansion chassis? Can't seem to track down any info.
