ilok registration help needed

Hi im not sure if im in the right forum but i just got protools express and a ilok, i need to register and create a new account, but at the end it says a email is sent to your email to activate your account, but i dont get no email from them.. anyone know what i could do?

Hi ok i finnaly got registered with ilok and installed protools express, i think i autherised the protools licence, but everytime i open protools it says error, missing ilok autherization for pro tools express. Please insert the ilok and restart protools, but i already have the ilok inserted, what could i do?

Hi,

Have you downloaded and installed the ilok driver software from ilok.com

And you have downloaded the ilok auth from ilok.com onto your ilok USB dongle.
