Default edit cursor view -simple UI question

How do I get the edit cursor (where the timeline is)
to show a "solid" cursor bar on all tracks all the time ?
in stopped mode /page scrolling view

It shows the blinking edit cursor on a selected track,
but i want to see all of my tracks at the same time when trimming.

imagine 12 drum tracks and i want to seperate regions in the same spot
on all but have only one track showing cursor..

i have read half the help file looking for a way to keep the cursor in view in stop mode IE: in a line down the screen.

In PAGE scrolling mode - "center cursor" is not for my taste -does not aply here

thanks

If I understand you correctly, you are trying to edit several tracks at the same time. If I'm working on drum tracks and want to edit all of the tracks at the same time I create a group of those tracks (see Groups under Tracks). I then high light the group, in the groups window. The cursor will then cover the selected tracks.
