Syncing Pro Tools LE 5.3.1 with MOTU

Hi,

I've been trying to sync my Pro Tools Le 5.3.1 (Digi 001) with MOTU Midi Express XT. I have cakewalk as the sequencer in my setup. I've read that Pro Tools LE cannot be accurately slaved to an external Time Code Generator. Can someone tell me an accurate way to sync Pro Tools LE with Cakewalk and MOTU ? I'm ok with making Pro Tools as the time-code master if that is the only way to do it.

Any help is appreciated.
