Pre Roll is NOT Functioning (I've read all the other forums)
I don't know what's going on with my Pre roll. Ive used it 1000's of times before where i'll light up pre roll in the transport window and select a value. now for some reason when i do all this. pro tools ignores that i have pre roll selected and starts from where my play head is. I have gone through the forums and have done all the things people were suggesting. still haven't fix it yet. I have attached a screen shot so you can have a look.

Options - Dynamic Transport : enabled ? If so, disable.
