Default Assigning midi channels from structure essentials to axiom 49

Hi, I couldnt seem to find the answer i was looking for in search.

Ive been using Pro-Tools M-Powered Essentials with Structure Essentials. The lowest of the low. Im currently using it as a VI with my Axiom 49 for playing with my band. At some point ill prly shell out for an appropriate platform...anyways. I am only allowed 4 patches open at a time in structure. Each one has a pull down list for Midi Channels. I cant seem to figure out how to assign these to my Axiom so i can change the sound with the press of a button or two...maybe thats not even possible. Im still new to this stuff. Maybe structure essentials is more bare boned than i thought?

Thanks, Derek
