Default New HD1 PCIe System

Got this yesterday (our 3rd HD system) and was a little disappointed with a couple of things with the new 192 i/o. Firstly, there was no UK IEC lead, just, what I assume, is the US one. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. However, the digilink cable it came with was 18 inches long! What's that all about. Our previous 192 i/os came with the 25 ft lead in the box. So now have to buy a new lead.

Hi,

Go back to your dealer! you should have had a 25ft lead with a HD1 system. the short link cable is only for linking two interfaces and obviously not for connecting the primary interface to the card!!

they should sort this for you in my opinion

Chris

Ok, I'm an idiot. It was in the HD1 box that was ripped open and chucked in the corner in excitement yesterday.

Red face all round.
