Having previously bought into the hype and purchased two Eleven Racks only to watch them become completely ignored within an extremely short time period, my position is the following: anyone willing to buy into this product is the reason consumers will continue to be ignored post purchase.

This somewhat parallels the concept that cigarette packs are labeled dangerous to the user's health, yet the user is completely surprised when their health fails.

VERY RECENT HISTORY shows the consumer will be ignored by the company shortly thereafter purchase.

Albeit the Eleven Rack was a very good interface, the processing side has/had so much more to offer and was outright ignored.

My 2¢ I felt inclined to posit.

I disagree, it's a cheap-o kind of interface (no offense Avid, I own 2 :^)

It's a great external box at the price point it's being offered at, not to mention the used price point.

I think people should have a different mindset when purchasing gear....especially from Avid...but usually most digital gear.

"Does it do what is advertised on the tin?"

Am I happy with the box as it is when I purchased it?

If you approach purchases with that mindset it's hard to be disappointed with gear aside from physical failure.

This is not a $2000 box, and I wouldn't expect it to have after sales development/support like a $2000 box, it's just not logical.

The 11r is a great live/studio box, it's a cheap-o starter interface....no more no less.

My €0.02 - 1 for each 11r I own!!

Funny you said that, I bought a Digidesign (Avid) Digi001 and a Mac G4/400Mhz more than 15 years ago to be able to record 24 tracks in Protools. Back then it was not designed to run more than 1-2 reverb plugins so I bought a TC reverb and a Lexicon reverb connected spdif.
Guess what? 15 years later I can still record 24 tracks in Protools (they even upgraded it to 32 tracks for free), I'm still using it and I'm still happy as I still don't record more than 24 tracks and use more than 2 reverbs per mix!!!

Same with my 11R, it's still doing what I purchased it for (and more) after 5 years.

Probably the best video till now because they create a rig from scratch. Is anyone here able to find differences in sound between this pedalboard and our 11R? I'm not too much into that kind of amps (I mostly use soldano, XTC and Recto even fro cleans) and I'm not able to discern.

Default Headrush Pedalboard powered by Eleven

Does Avid have anything to do with this?
