Default Noise problem with RA plugin

hi there,
i really like my RA plugin (dave hills / avid) but unfortunately i can't use it in my sessions as it make a continuos weird noise/crackle when it's on in a track.
The noise is aways on even when pro tools is not in playback and no audio is passing through the plugin.
Anybody had this issue and solved it?

my rig is:
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
2,6 GHz Intel Core i7 6 core
64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

OS: Catalina 10.15.2
Daw: Pro Tools 2019.12
