Nubus Expansion Chassis Question

Just purchased an expansion chassis to increase my nubus setup, but my 7100 can't see it. I've got the correct PPC ECI card, no bent pins, ECI in middle slot C on the Mac, and the cards are in the proper order in the chassis. I've seen a lot of postings on here about getting these things to work properly, but nothing is helping.

Do I need to re-install my Protools software? Is there a driver that goes with this? A couple people mentioned a driver to me, but I don't see anything available in the digi site for download. Not even a manual available to download. I moved my cards to the chassis and put the ECI in the Mac and hooked up the ribbon cable, but I feel there is something more I need to do. Some software I need to install. Help!

I fixed it. After a couple days of pulling my hair out I noticed the ribbon cable that connects the chassis to the Mac when it comes into the expansion chassis it plugs into the board. The plug is similar to the TDM node plug. It was not fully seated. A little push in and all was well. No driver or additional software needed. This stuff can drive you to drink.
