But I'm having a hard time finding one in the WAVES bundle. I have a ton of WAVES plugins, yet can't seem to find a simple comb-filter. Google searches aren't turning up good results.

Any idea what a good plugin would be to apply a comb filter?
Waves Enigma is the plugin that comes to my mind in this context.

What if you duplicate the track and delay one of them by a few milliseconds?

Update. There is an algorithm in Credland StereoSavage called EXPAND that can create extreme comb filtering.

I think this will make only Haas effect or delay effect.

Maybe duplicate the track and put Waves MondoMod on one of them?

Maybe the track duplication if panned in full stereo, could use samples instead of milliseconds, but the second mode of StereoSavage, DELAY, is the one that creates Haas, the third is claimed to create comb at least in the manual and indeed it sounds weird a lot. It's a pretty useful plugin, it offers additional controls over the stereo image, pan, low end and phase reversal that could be helpful to the OP.
