AVID Tech Support Steps Up To Plate!
Well it took a long time on hold. I mean a LONG time, but it I wanted to say that once I did get them, the support was first rate. They really were at a loss, out of their control, since the demand for the Native Card was so high they were just plain out of them. They got them in today and are overnighting one to me.
Kyle took a long time on the phone with me trying a couple final ideas out and was extremely helpful. I plan to post a report on Native sometime late tomorrow or tomorrow evening stay tuned, thanks AVID... TH |
