Default Disk Allocation

Is there any way that checkboxes can be added to the Disk Allocation Dialog Box so that we can dedicate which drives should get the "round robin"?

The reason I ask is this. I recently upgraded to a beige G3 with an ATTO PCI-DC which has Digi compatible drives split between external scsi bus 1 and 2. My old drives that contained all my old studio work were mounted in the internal scsi bus0. Of course I'm using the ATA drive for my ProTools app. I don't want the internal scsi bus slowing down the recording process and now one of the old drives won't talk to ProTools in the new configuration. I can't even use it as a backup because halfway through the transfer, the machine hangs up. It also happens when I use a full round robin. The only way to round robin into the new drives is to use FWB to unmount the old ones, or use the disk allocator to dedicate each track individually.
