Soundtoys 5 is live

Just got the update email from soundtoys. Not even a month and updates are available for bug fixes. No subscription needed, No extra costs. No BS. Hopefully other "companies" take note what makes consumers happy. . .

"We strongly encourage all Soundtoys 5 users to install our latest update as soon as possible. The new installers are now in your Soundtoys account.

This update fixes known issues:
Session recall issues if you manually adjusted Decapitator’s output controls while the “Auto” mode was enabled.
Graphical issue with Crystallizer displaying incorrect settings for the MIDI and Rev switch (this was only a graphical issue – your settings are still correct).

Let us not forget Soundtoys announced v5 back in October 2014. Took ads out that it was available and delivered it late by almost 12 months. They took a beating online. All companies have issues.

Good point. I should have done some research before posting. Being introduced to soundtoys a few months ago, I picked up v4 just recently then upgraded to v5 when it came out. So out of context, everything seemed very fast and smooth. . .

No chance to log into my account since a couple of days.
Tried to change my pw but no luck.

Always "Invalid Password".

did you try another browser? had this problem with safari, using firefox and it worked

FWIW most plug ins I have are treated exactly like this. Updates/bug fixes are free and sometimes come quickly. Unfortunately there are a few that aren't quite so dependable. I like Sound Toys, they do a super job of not being the same ole...

Hi,

maybe try a proxy server? Google proxy server you'll find one.

Maybe create a new account then contact support and explain what's happening.

Or another browser, thing with Firefox is it can copy all the settings from safari so it might have copied over the issue. Did you empty the browser cache and reset safari etc. try chrome.

Everything good now.
Server error. Made a second similar account.
They merged both and I have access now.
And v. 5.
