Downloading PT Intro
Not PT First, but this issue concerns the free PT version so I might best ask here.
We got to the dl-link for PT Intro, entered the emailaddress from a friend (need Intro for him), filled in his emailaddress and created a password. The download contained only Avid Link. So we did, opened Avid Link but no option to dl PT Intro. We're stuck here, where can we get the free PT version for him to get going? Anything I'm overlooking, anyone?

Creating an Avid account should get your friend an access to download Pro Tools Intro. That would instantly available in the View My Products page right after the account has been created. You may also try this link which includes not only the download but also some more helpful info regarding PT Intro. https://www.avid.com/pro-tools/intro
