Default Session PlugIns setting -sharing

Does anyone know if the format PT9 saves plugin settings in - in the Session PlugIns folder is sharable with other DAW's? I'm specifically interested in Logic. I know that WAVES has its OWN load and save folders that travel with the plugins themselves - but I'm specifically interested in getting most of my 'settings' over to Logic. I don't mind 're-choosing' them trak by trak in Logic - but I need to know if I can even get the settings 'over there'. Obviously RTAS plugs won't port over - so I'm talking companies that make RTAS and AU versions.
