Authorization code for registered software not listed in Avid account

Hi Avid helpers,

I am having the exact same issue as donturron is this thread, which for him was solved nicely:

That is, I registered my pro tools 8 LE software but the authorization codes available on my avid account only go up to 7.X.

The getting started guide got lost in a recent move so I do not have the physical authorization code anywhere. Can anyone lend a hand?
