Default Batch Rename Throwing Error

When I try to do a Batch Rename I m getting the following error:
Assertion in "/Volumes/Development/212377/ProTools/App/Document/UProToolsWindowPresetMgr.cpp", line 234.

(Use the Copy button to copy this message to the clipboard.)

Any work around? anyone having the same issue?

All I did is select all tracks, right click and select batch rename (it's a 30 track session)

Same issue here. I have tried deleting the preference files and that usual workaround for most issues but it hasn't worked.

Receiving this as well,

Already trashed prefs and that made no difference. Running El Capitan. Anyone have any new clues or updates?

Try running this Terminal command (to fix permissions on the Pro Tools folder in Documents):

sudo chmod -R 777 ~/Documents/Pro\ Tools

that worked for me as well... PT was able to create the Batch Track Rename folder that was the issue and yes, I am on Mavericks, I have not had any luck upgrading and my system is very stable for the time being
