Digidesing 003 Rack Problem !!!! PLZ HELP

HEY everyone
it was a really bad day
i recognise that my rack factory XLR MIC INPUTS doesnot work
and its funny cause TRS Inputs are ok and i can use non condensor Mic



as you can see all my TRS inputs are ok
and thats a thing that make me confuse

Did you try the Mic/DI button on the front?

i had recorded many times and this problem is for these few past days ....
is this possible that my phantom pwr be out ?/

Possible? Sure. Grab a multi-meter and measure between pin 1 and 3, then between pin 1 and 2. Both should show around 48V on the DC scale. remember that phantom power does not appear on the TRS jacks(not sure what your tech-level is so much of this is aimed at folks with near-zero tech knowledge)

I'm having the same problem but on my 003 console. However, there is a static sound while I speak into the mic.

I have Mic/Di disengaged.

If engage (Orange light on) I don't hear my voice anymore.

Any ideas what can be the problem?
