Remove Expired Products
Hello,
Just after 2c worth of information regarding expired products within my avid account. I have a PT Support and Plugins sub, and a MediaComposer sub connected to my account. Both have expired, but are still connected to my account. I get notifications saying 'support plan about to expire', even though it expired a month ago. How do I go about removing these from my Avid Master Account? - T

Cannot remove products from Avid Account. You may be seeing notifications because you are still on your grace period.
