PT10.3.9 HUI Mode with Yamaha 02R96 doesn't work

Help !
I reinstalled upgrade of my Native HD10 to 10.3.9 and lost communication with my control surface (HUI mode - 02r96V2) .. Works still perfectly with my Nuendo..
I tried reinstalling of PT, Yamaha USB Midi drivers (all versions)..Nothing works !

Basically I just had lately to reinstall my Win 7 64 bit after major crash/virus and now can't access some older projects on some discs !
Some folders are marked now '"read only" and can't be manually changed !
Help please !

#1 - Is it enabled as MIDI device? It's in the Menu --> Setup. Don't have it in front of me right now. I think the next option after MIDI Studio.

#2 - Copy the session folder to a drive you have read/write permissions - quick and easy. You should be able to edit then. You can search on how to fix/change permissions in Windows when you get the time.
