Voice packs not working [solved]

We have rented voice packs and had no problems in the past on our native system. However protools is simply not seeing the packs right at the moment - we've tried multiple iloks - the said iloks are loading all other plugins and protools licences fine - ilok cloud doesn't work either. Updated tools, done a billion restarts, refreshed subscriptions and synchronised account - it just seems blind to the packs and I'm stuck on 384 voices. Avid support keeps hanging up on me before I can get through to a human.

I'm currently dragging out the HDX2 to get 512 voices at least as a workaround to get this feature mixed, but it's less than ideal, so if anyone has any ideas please sing out!

Worked it out! You need to deactivate old expired subscriptions on the ilok as it was confusing protools. As soon as we blew them all away the voices showed up.
