EuControl 20.1.0.50 problems with Artist Mix

Had a brand new problem this morning with 20.1.0.50 and the Artist Mix on Win 10 Pro. The surface connected to the computer and had added itself under My Surfaces ok, but wouldn't communicate with PT 2020.3. EuCon was enabled in PT. I disabled and re-enabled it, power cycled the Mix, removed the surface several times all to no avail. I then stopped the services in Task Manager, and ran MC Client and EuControl as Administrator, and finally it took.

Never had these symptoms before, all my issues historically have been that the unit won't be found under All Surfaces. This time it found it ok but couldn't communicate with PT.

This could happen if something network related changed whilst EuControl was running. Driver updated, Wifi turned on/off, VPN...the list is long. A restart of the PC probably would have fixed it too.
