Eleven Rack came with Expansion Pack installed (but missing items)

I bought a new unit in a sealed box with the Expansion Pack pre-installed. It is running firmware version 2.0.1 and software version 1.0.11. I have noticed that some of the pedals and effects say "unvailable" when I choose them with a resistor circuit for a picture. Other people talk about reloading the firmware if they purchased it. I registered the product, but don't see any downloads in my account for the 11 rack to do any re-installation.

Thoughts on what to do ? Thanks.

You do NOT reload the Firmware. The ERXP is a TWO part installer. All you have to do is run the first portion. That first portion is what installs the UI files. Then you can trash the Firmware updater that gets placed on your desktop.
