Collab not showing

A friend of mine installed latest First, but he cannot see Track Collaboration. I have it on my account and it works just fine. When he comes to my place, we open my First and I have this option, but when he logs in, Collab disappears and we cannot enable it. He sees the project names, but when he opens it there are just blank projects, with no tracks nor audio files. How could he enable this? I guess he cannot upload anything to cloud and he only opens local cached data on his computer.
