Default Soundtoys 5 is live

Hell just got a lot colder!

https://www.soundtoys.com/product/soundtoys-5/

Cheap upgrade, 50 USD, if you own several products.

$345 upgrade for me (I own three products). Seems to be a $51 discount for each product, if they're consistent across all products.

It's quite confusing... I have v4 bundle.

v5 include all plugs right???

Am I right to say, for my case, all I need to do is to upgrade my v4 to v5 and I'll have all the plugs? Or should I click on multi-product upgrades?

Thanks in advance.

"Requires trade-in of some or all of the following plug-ins:"

"SoundToys Native Effects V4
Devil-Loc Deluxe
Little Radiator
Radiator
Little MicroShift
MicroShift
Little PrimalTap
Little AlterBoy 5"

"What are the differences between versions 4 and 5?
Soundtoys 5 is our updated bundle, which includes all of our current native plug-ins. Soundtoys 5 includes all of the plug-ins that were included in our Native Effects V4 bundle,
with the addition of everything we've released since. Here is the full list of all of the plug-ins included in Soundtoys 5:

Plug-ins that were in Native Effects V4:
Crystallizer
EchoBoy
FilterFreak 1 & 2
Decapitator
PanMan
PhaseMistress

Plug-ins that were already released but have now been added to the bundle:
Devil-Loc & Devil-Loc Deluxe
Little Radiator & Radiator
Little MicroShift & MicroShift
Little PrimalTap
Little AlterBoy

Plug-ins that are new to Soundtoys 5:
PrimalTap
EffectRack

New features for Soundtoys 5:
Optional computer-based activations (no iLok USB key required)
Up to two activations per license
Enhanced Tweak menus
Tremolator "Feel" knob
No more "Update Nesting Too Deep" error in AU versions"

You should check with them, but, yes, it seems the 5 bundle is all of them and honestly, a lot of the presets in the rack plugin would not make any sense unless you have them all. So, I think it is all of them. I got the full Primal Tap, for instance. But I had all the others already, so ask someone else.

Just did the upgrade. Went very smoothly. A single installer, and the ilok stuff was automatic. This company has it very together. No errors.

You can use the rack, or the single plug-ins. I really like this company.

Upgraded here too. $50 cost is an example other plugin manufacturers should take note of!

Gonna miss PitchDoctor but to be honest I haven't had a TDM rig for years and Melodyne serves me pretty well.

Speed is still AWOL and no doubt there are no plans for its resurrection either.

Now, where's the installers? I have Little AlterBoy 5 but the others are still at V4. I guess they will arrive soon enough "Your order will be reviewed and hand processed (by real people!) during our normal business hours (9-5 M-F EDT). We will make every effort to complete your order as quickly as possible, but on occasion, due to high order volumes, it may take up to 3 business days."

Tom,
V5 is loading/recalling and automating V4 sessions ok? Obviously I only expect this for single instantiations, not the new FX rack mode.

I ask because they specifically mention that this upgrade requires you to surrender your old licenses.

We have the V4 native bundle and the freebees that were released but it says $199 to update from V4 to V5 so where do you get the $50 from as it seems that only Applies to TDM owners, hence not that great
