I made protools operator courses, from 101 to 210 M, finished in 2011, in Barcelona, ​​but never received the certificate with the shirt or cap, and now a company asks me to access the certificate for a senior working

I do know that it shipped to me? or where I access or ask?

You should have received PDF certificates in your email. Avid no longer offers a paper cert and t-shirt.

If you still can't find the PDF certificates, anyone can verify your certification by checking your name in the database. https://www.avid.com/US/support/trai...d-professional

You can also edit your entry and include a short bio, plus contact information. Log into your Avid master account, click on "My Account" on the top right, then click on "Avid Store Account Home". At the bottom there is a "Training" section with links.

I looked for a link to download copies of my certs, I couldn't find any. Sorry.
