mpt2 install

anyone have problems running the mpt2 install
i cant even extract the zip.

this is what it says:
"E:\Tha Fam\Dls\MPT2\Music_Production_Toolkit_2_Installer_ 56622.zip: Either multipart or corrupt ZIP archive"

is there another place i can download it ?
