Default No audio after installing Pro Tools 10.3.2 [solved]

I tried to install PT10.3.2, no joy, no audio, sucks. I went through this before when upgrading to PT10 from PT 9. Now I have no sound, again. Tried removing PT10.3.2 and reinstall 10.2, which was working, still no audio. Does anyone have the complete list of steps for a COMPLETE uninstall of all things Protools and then the steps to reinstall from scratch. I though I had that in an email but I cannot find it.. Am I going to be force to pay AVID a fee to install their crappy upgrade? The same upgrade that broke my working system? I am very frustrated and have3 a ton of projects now on hold.

There is an uninstaller included with the P Tools 10.3.2 installer. Just double click it and follow the directions.

Thanks for the info, I had already done the clean uninstall. I did finally fix my issue. I did a clean uninstall. Manually cleared out preferences and the plst files. I then reinstalled the drivers for both the 11 rack and my 002. Then I installed the 10.3.2 package. At this point it still did not work. I checked the I/O settings under setup and reset these to default and all was good. Hope this helps anyone else with the same problem.
