MixPre-3 as interface... but no mic? [solved]

I'm having trouble getting my MixPre-3 to register my mic as an input on Pro Tools.

I have a USB feeding audio from my Macbook Pro into the MixPre-3 and then out again. Pro Tools can sees this and can record it.

But I have a Shure KSM32 in my second channel on the MixPre and it will not register to record on Pro Tools.

The input and output in my Macbook's sound are both set to the MixPre.

I have my Midi on the Macbook set on 2-channel 24 bit integer (44.1 kHz) for both input and output.

Do I need to fix something in my I/O?

Thanks! I figured it out. I needed to change the analog in my I/O to support the correct channel.
