Input level out of control!!
Can anyone help?
For some reason on my Mbox 2 - When I hit record on a track (using a mic) - My input level is peaking even though the input level knob is completely turned to the left. I've tried both input cahannels, and the pad is even on! Am i going insane? |

Re: Input level out of control!!
What kind of Mic? What are you recording? How close is the Mic to the source? Are you saying it is only when initially hitting record?

Re: Input level out of control!!
I get this reasonably often, restarting the computer has always solved the the problem. I believe I was told it's something to do with static build-up in the MBox.
