BeatsByRskillz: Not too sure on your error you see. But you and I have similar PC's in a lot of ways.. I would suggest you look at your BIOS of you motherboard. Look for a "multithreading" option and try shutting it off. I too have an i7 about your speed and this option is "on" by default. The thing about it is that it is something to try to see if your CPU message disappears. Some other DUC users will tell you that they get better performance with multithread on. I don't doubt any of them. Everyone's pc is a little different in how it handles things.. But as for me, shutting this off was the single BIGGEST performance enhancement that I have ever seen in the protools-kingdom. It made this app go from almost unusable to something down right awesome! I guess I am hoping your apphang error would be related to this but I really don't know..
best of luck to you! Joe

Joe,

Thanks for your response,

I tried turning multithreading off, but it didn't really make any difference.

Anyways,

I found the reason of the "apphangB1" error, it was because of a plugin that wasn't compatible with protools 10, i updated it and now everything works great.

Finally i got my system running stable after a week of messing around haha!
