Default new question for a really smart tech. type guy!!

when the vst wrapper comes out, we will be able to use firewire DSP cards in ProTools (hopefully)!!!!! i have a 800mhz powerbook, which only has 1 firewire port. is there enough bandwidth for me to run my 002r, a 120g firewire drive and a DSP card on 1 port?

anyone got any ideas??? like maybe using a USB-2 harddrive?
