How to get PT12 from Perpetual License?

I purchased a Perpetual PT in 2016 and last installed was TP12. system worked just fine for years. However system stopped working properly in 20202 and I could not reinstall on same box/same everything with my saved zip form original download. My initial subscription expired and I purchased a 1 year renewal 2/10/2021. The My Products page for my account now shows two products with two different system numbers. The one I paid for allows me to download PT 2020 with installs but crashed the entire system. The original plan says "Expired" and an renew option. I can not download the PT 12 zip and the copy I saved is corrupt somehow as it does not install due to missing files. The PT 12 was working fine but stopped for some reason. Before I installed the original working PT 12 the blue screen reported "DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL" "What failed; AvidMboxMini.sys". This is the same message reported with the install of PT 2020. I would like to get a good copy of PT12 before I go more granular on this install. Is there some plan that allows me to download the PT 12 software?

I am afraid you have purchased the wrong product for your needs. Subscription gives you the latest version, but if you want older you need to have Perpetual license.
