96 i/o STOPPED OUTPUTTING ANALOGUE AUDIO

Hello,

My 96i/o has just stopped outputting analogue audio! when i go to the hardware setup dialogue, the 96i/o isn't showing any analogue outputs in the outputs list!! not even greyed out one's!! they have simply dissapeared. the inputs are still there and working ok!!!

The strange thing is!? i can still see the parts playing when i look at the output meters on the 96i/o.

When i load the session it tells me some outputs have been made inactive!

The digital/adat outputs are still working ok!!

Any one know what could be happenning?

Try defaulting your I/O setups to see if that fixes it.

Well, I'm getting some wierd pops through my 96 i/o. channel two. If I plug in headphones (bypassing anything afterwards) I can hear the pops. Only that channel. Anyone had this?

Hi,

To update!! i took the 96i/o apart and simply put it back together making sure all was nicely seated in place! and it seems to be working for now!! hopefully this is a permanent cure.
