Pro tools reseller renewal code - where to enter?

I had my 1-year Studio subscription end earlier this month. Great no prob, I have a 1 year Studio subscription code I bought via AudioDeluxe last year. I try to put the code in the 'redeem your code' field, but it sends me this error --> 'Please enter the Renewal Code listed here in the renewal field of your Product located in the Products page.'

Ok great, but when I go to Pro Tools studio product page, there's nowhere to enter the code!!!! (see screenshot). What am I missing, doing wrong? I must be missing something. . . .

Contacting AudioDeluxe is likely a good idea, I would hope they can help you out quickly.

What does "See All Options" show?

What is the link to the exact product you purchased on AudioDeluxe?

Hi Django39, I've checked your case and the renewal code that you purchased can no longer be applied to your expired Pro Tools Studio Subscription. Please contact AudioDeluxe and have the renewal code replaced with a brand new Pro Tools Studio Subscription.
