mc mix second channel 's OLED missing !

Help !
my mc mix 's (still in warranty, bought it less than one year ago) second channel 's OLED disappears after 1 to 2 hours !
networked or not, the issue remains !

3 days ago, update to eucon 2.6.1, (firmware 1.5.1 in eucontrol setting)
2 days ago, text begun to cut off, unaligned, unreadable.

today go to retailers (Midimall in Taiwan), spend 10 minutes after powering mc mix, no problem. Midimall tells me go home and take some photos in case of issues)

so back to home, then 2 hours after, same issue ! (photo taken, don't know how / where to post )

downgrade to eucon 2.6.0, same issue

I think it's a HARDWARE PROBLEM, Hope quick support from AVID !
AS I JUST STARTED A RECORDING PROJECT.

I also have a mc-control v2, and it has no problems !

My retailer just ordered a replacement from Japan and They just replaced my Mc mix ! Cool ! But it seems that the new mc mix will be in black ! Not cool for me cause i want all my artists series in silver. I plan yo buy extra artists series. It is possible to order some silver colours from Avid ?

I rushed to get all my artist stuff in silver just before they released the black version so I know how you feel (I bought the last new silver artist mix in my city). You may want to hold on to your unit and send it directly back to Avid instead for a replacement (if that's possible)...
