PT 12.8.1 problems

I just installed 12.8.1 and am having several problems.

First off, third party plug-ins are causing an error message about authorization, Izotope and Sonnox to be specific. Don't know about all of them yet.

Second problem is cannot stop program from playing with the space bar. Can't switch between edit window and mix window with keyboard command.

Must use mouse to open other window, and then can stop playback.

I don't have time to mess around solving PT issues since I am just starting a new project (yesterday).

How can I revert back to 12.7? That seemed to be working fine.

Weird im on 12.8.1 with no such problems...
It's hard to down grade since the manager
..
You will have yo access your account and download the version you need. Which is not that easy to find...

Uninstall 12.8.1 and re-install the last version that worked. When you start the uninstall, remember to also uninstall the HD driver(no matter what version you have).

In addition to what albee said do you have Pro Tools pref utility... running this can sometimes fix maladies...

FWIW, I may not install at every update, but I always download and save the installers on a regular basis ... so I have most of recent ones.
