Default Fast Track Solo-Hardware Not Connected

Hi all. I'm new to Pro tools and after hooking up my Fast Tack Solo via USB 2.0 it doesn't appear in Pro Tools, Windows Device Manager or the software itself, when I open the Fast Track configurator it says "Hardware Not Connected."

There are no helpful guides or things to explain what this could be, and the drivers are all correct.

Default Re: Fast Track Solo-Hardware Not Connected

First, thank you for posting a full Sandra report!

Are you using the latest drivers: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/d...k-solo-drivers

Have you updated your chipset drivers: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/dow...pdate-Utility-

If that doesn't help, try another USB cable. If it still doesn't detect, do you have another computer you could test it on?

Joel
