It is INEXCUSABLE that Avid would put a PT behavior preference in the Eucon software. And on top of that, "Tech Support" doesn't even know about this. I reported this problem right away after 2019.5 came out (new Eucon dropped at the same time) and they were clueless.

If you don’t use Eucon, then it wouldn’t happen/apply. That’s why it is there in Eucontrol. Also Eucon is used by more than ProTools and these aspects can influence other programs that use Eucon.

As for Avid CS not knowing, that is an issue.
