Default Clips do not Time Lock while using 'Option'

Hello everyone,

When I duplicate clip that's already time locked using the 'option' key and drag it vertically to another track, the new clip doesn't stay time locked.

Is there any way to duplicate a time locked clip where the new clip stays time locked? I just want to drag it vertically.
