Default [SOLVED] PT10HD License but HD features are missing

Hi!

I've just finished with a clean install of PT10.2.0 on my new MacBook Pro. I've purchased the PT10HD bundle and have put that bundle on my "new" iLok. If I log on to my iLok account I have these licenses deposited on it:
PT10HD + PT10 + PT9HD + PT9

I've obviously installed PT10.2.0. Now I thought that PT10HD license enables all the features of PT10 with CPTK license which would mean that I get features such as disk cache, but I don't. I have access to VCA's for example, but no disk cache. When PT starts/loads the screen does display PT10HD.

Is the disk cache feature not enabled if you run PT10HD natively without any Avid hardware?

That is correct.

Really?

What makes you say that you do not have access to the disk cache?

As it should if you have an HD license.

No. The disk cache is available without AVID hardware.

If I go to "Setup\Playback Engine" I only have the Disk Playback and Plug-in Streaming Buffer options; there's no option to select the amount of RAM that is dedicated to disk cache. Furthermore if I look at the System Usage monitor I only see CPU (Native), CPU (Clip) and Disk percentages; again no disk cache.

I don't get it.

Thanks for the help!

Right; I am sorry. Stupid me...I've overlooked that the Disk Playback cache size was set to "Normal" as opposed to a real value.

My bad! ... Now I really do feel stupid for posting this in the first place...
