Default Error Trying To Close Pro Tools...

PT LE 7.1, using an AMD 64 X2, Windows XP Professional SP2.

Has anyone seen this error when trying to close PT LE:

"DigiSPTIService.exe – Application Error

The Instruction at “0x7c9118d2” referenced memory at “0x6df6472”. The memory could not be “written”.

Click OK to terminate the program"

Thanks,
