i lok issue

I have a M Audio Fast Track Ultra which came with Pro Tools M Powered 9. It used to work fine when I first bought it but then I didn't use it for a while and now I get a message 'Error, missing iLok authorisation for "Pro Tools MP9" . Please insert the necessary iLok to continue' when I try to start Pro Tools. A message at the bottom of the screen says 'This product cannot run because of problems communicating with a core component. Please try reinstalling the software'. I tried reinstalling the Pro Tools software and tried updating the Fast Track Ultra driver (version 6.1.10) but this didn't work and I still get the same message.

Any ideas?

Do you have a PT9 license on an iLok, with the iLok plugged in and recognized by your computer?
