Anyone installed this? I tried and 12.4 crashed at opening.

Yeap... Having the same trouble. Our Mac automatically updated to OS X 10.11.3 yesterday (as a client changed some of the settings in our System Preferences) and now ProTools HD 12.4 just hangs/crashes after opening.

Not of much help, however 12.4 is working fine here on 10.11.3
