Eleven Rack Editor Download not working

I haven't been able to dl the editor app after trying for several hours.

I click on : http://connect.avid.com/eleven-rack-editor.html
Fill out the form, click submit, click on "Eleven Rack Editor Installers" and it just redirects me to the form to fill out again and again and again and again. There are no other links to dl the setup file, everything else is a readme, guide, driver, or FAQ link.....What am I missing?

Yeah you're right.... they must have just updated the site cause its different

Same exact issue for me as well. I've tried different browsers, as well as 3 different computers on 3 different networks and no luck.

Just got my 11r and I could really use this since I'm not a PT user. Hopefully Avid fixes this asap.

Got the same issue...keeps sending me back to the form fill page, when I try to download the editor.

Same here. On a Mac and I've tried Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. All just go in a continuous loop of wanting me to fill out the form on the side. Very frustrating.

It works from the german version of the avid site:

I downloaded from that site...and it's running fine here

I am unable to download the Eleven Rack Editor.I filled out all the personal information and go to the download page but when I click on the download link it brings me back to the personal information page.

I think they break things intentionally so we have to use our 1 free tech support gift. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes trying all different browsers trying to download the editor. It kept bringing me back to the same page. Pathetic. Thanks for the German link.

Avid appears to be having some issue with their d/l site. Clearly, they're hearing of the same issue from others since there's a link posted to the top of the "new posts" area.
