Hopefully they can focus on that for the next release. Still think they should acknowledge it though...

Looks like ADC was ignored completely in favor of video engine and other miscellaneous issues.

Like I was told by the Avid Rep @ NAMM it's NOT an important enough issue to be fixed.

Just plain sad. I haven't had a chance to try 11.1.3 yet, but if they haven't at least addressed the constant save/autosave crashes after screwing us on an ADC fix, I think that will be my cue to exit for greener DAW passages.

I just tried it.

So just keep doing our workaround, Markus? I was hesitant to update thinking it might throw my sessions into a mess.

Nice to see all the video fixes though…

Yes, that workaround still works.
And this time I remembered to test against an audio track

Best regards,
Markus

My Solution has been to use PT10 and Reaper 4, both work well and have their uses by themselves or together. It's super crappy to have to go back to 10, but what other choice is there, other then the work arounds suggested. I find I enjoy Reaper more and more…and who knows, with the lack of communication and support for the terrible Delay Compensation issues(that Reaper has never had issues with)..I may just decide not to move to PT12 or whatever paid update they push down the line. It will be a sale lost for AVID, and based on their current financial situation, you would think they wouldn't want that.

I went from being intensely stoked at seeing a new PT update, to immense disappointment when I discovered my projects are STILL all jacked up.

Thanks, Avid.
